SHIELD has a proven track record of success for managing event security ranging from prominent to high-risk events such as the Singapore Formula One Racing, International Sports Events, Concerts, Public Social Events and Private Parties. Our event security clients are not only from Singapore, but also found across the Asia-Pacific region.
It is SHIELD utmost priority to ensure that our clients can organise their complex and large-scale events with a peace of mind. Despite increasing risks and challenges in the security scene, SHIELD is well-prepared to meet all special event security needs. For every event security project, SHIELD will first assess the event site in detail and perform Risk Assessment for every floor. We will then assign an appropriate number of Security and Bodyguards at relevant positions, who are capable of performing congruous deployment activities. The complete event security plan is proposed for the client’s perusal and approval.
A fair number of the Security and Bodyguards deployed will be the local nationals of the country in which the event is held at. They are familiar with the customs, regulations and language of the country and provide greater effectiveness and efficiency in their security duties. These Security and Bodyguards have all been trained and certified in recognition and countering of terrorist threats, security screening and crowd management.
There will also be Executive Private Protection Officers who consist of former Police Security Command personnel and foreign operatives who have served in Special Forces such as the military, counter-terrorism units and law enforcement in their home countries. All manpower report directly to the Event Security Lead who has seasoned experience in managing events and commanding security personnel. The Event Security Lead also prepares contingency plans for anticipated issues that may arise during the event security assignment.
In addition, an Event Control Centre will be set-up for monitoring and emergency management. Henceforth, you can be rest-assured when your event is in the good hands of SHIELD.
